The 7G Pilates & Co, x-rays are reviewed by a radiologist, and individual programs are tailor made by Ilham and reviewed regularly. We do not address only the pathology but seek the origins and work on it to get rid of your pain in a sustainable way and make your quality of life to which you aspire.
Clients with pathologies must always take individual courses (usually 5-10) before joining a course in trio or small group with the agreement of the coach.
Pilates is a highly recommended for pregnant or wanting to become activity.
Pilates helps to:
